Lenny Kravitz Announces New Album AND Tour Plans!

Exciting times for Lenny Kravitz!
Earlier this week, we learned that Lenny was confirmed to play the role of Cinna in the Hunger Games movie, which we thought was awesome.
Now, Kravitz has announced that he'll be releasing his new album, Black and White America, on Aug 22. He's also announced that he's got a Europe tour [...]

Aaaand… another one bites the dust.

Maria Shriver was spotted in Beverly Hills, looking much more cheerful than she's been in the last two weeks. Perhaps the fact that she's no longer wearing her wedding ring has something to do with it!

Yes, her hand is bare and if we were Arnold Schwarzenegger, we'd prepare ourselves for one of the most rageful divorce settlements in the history of Hollywood.

Hell hath no fury like a Kennedy scorned!

Hines Ward Wins DWTS Other News

NFL star Hines Ward danced his way to ultimate victory on this season of DWTS, and was named champion alongside his partner, Kym Johnson. It was an interesting season. As usual, more attention was focused on the stars who struggled a bit than those who excelled. There was plenty of stories about runner-up Kirstie Alley to go around. We heard about her weight, her falls, and her awesome attitude, but not much was said about Hines Ward. He quietly advanced from week to week, until he was set for the finale. Now the attention is focused squarely on him after an outstanding season of moving and grooving. He took the trophy and all of the glory. Check out more at RadarOnline. Essential Foods to Eat Before Singing

Classical music in strict terms is music that was written and composed during a very specific time period. This time period is 1750 to 1820. What is it that sets this particular period apart from the Baroque period which comes right before or the Romantic which is the period right after? These are not just random dates that some forgotten historian chose, but rather refer to the actual way that the music was composed.

Watch: NBC Releases An Unaired Justin Timberlake Skit From Saturday Night Live

Justin Timberlake hosted the season finale episode of Saturday Night Live over the weekend and, for the most part, won praise for his pretty funny comic stylings. Last month we got to check out the first official movie poster for the very last Harry Potter film, due out in theaters next month. Today we get to check out the second poster release for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 which features a battle-worn Harry looking very much worse for the wear. With the tagline, IT ALL ENDS, Warner Bros. wants you to be well aware that this is THE END.

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2,” is the final adventure in the Harry Potter film series. The much-anticipated motion picture event is the second of two full-length parts. In the epic finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort.

It all ends here.

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2” stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, reprising their roles as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. The film’s ensemble cast also includes Helena Bonham Carter, Jim Broadbent, Robbie Coltrane, Warwick Davis, Tom Felton, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon, Ciarán Hinds, John Hurt, Jason Isaacs, Matthew Lewis, Gary Oldman, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, David Thewlis, Emma Thompson, Julie Walters and Bonnie Wright. The film was directed by David Yates, who also helmed the blockbusters “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,” “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1.” David Heyman, the producer of all of the Harry Potter films, produced the film, together with David Barron. Screenwriter Steve Kloves adapted the screenplay, based on the book by J.K. Rowling. Lionel Wigram is the executive producer. Behind the scenes, the creative team was led by director of photography Eduardo Serra, production designer Stuart Craig, editor Mark Day, composer Alexandre Desplat, visual effects supervisor Tim Burke, and costume designer Jany Temime. Warner Bros. Pictures presents a Heyday Films production, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” which marks the last installment in the most successful film franchise of all time. “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2” will be released worldwide in theatres and IMAX, in 3D and 2D, beginning July 15, 2011.”

Oh man … OH MAN … the end is SO near! I suspect we’ll be seeing posters of Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley as well as other HP characters. This is a great poster. I am SO dreading the end of Harry Potter but, woo, I am loving the promo stuff we’ve been given thus far.
